7. Do not operate UAs/Drone under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

8. Operation of UAs/Drone after Preflight actions.

9. Do not opaerate UAs/Drone in a careless or reckless manner.

10. (C) Above Densely Inhabited Districts (DID), which are defined and published by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
