  • Needs some tweaks to make the resets less painful

    By Vgz (Pcmac user)

This is a decent idle tapper, but it could use a couple of tweaks: - The various staffs would feel better if they granted their damage boost as a passive so that it wouldn't feel so crappy when you get an upgrade for a staff you never use. Having the skill from the staff as a passive would also be nice as several of them would work extremely well together. I can see the argument against this, but it would be nice to have the staff choice as purely cosmetic. This would help even out the rather slow growth curve in the early game. The layout of the staffs also needs to be adjusted when running on an iPad to 2 rows instead of 3. All of the staffs will fit on the iPad screen so there’s no reason for that panel to scroll. - The blessings you get should give you something when you reset based on their rarity. Maybe bonus aerolites or a permanent, weakened version of the blessing you’re losing. For example I got a gold blessing that increased the damage boost from my runes by 199x, it would be nice to get a 1.9 or 2x boost as a permanent buff when I next reset. Subsequent versions of the same blessing could increase this permanent boost. The fact that you can go from an excellent blessing to a crappy one can completely negate the boost you get from boosting the runes. This is the biggest flaw in the game in the current version.
  • Too repetitive and resets

    By PleaseKetchup (Pcmac user)

I downloaded the game and spent about 18 hours to level up to level 650 and after lighting up my first world, EVERYTHING was reset. I lost all my progress on upgrading my Lumi pet, lost all my spells and their upgrades and it felt like I was playing the game all over again which gets tired really quickly. Not wanting to give up just yet, I played for another day to the app up a second world and again the game gets reset and I’m moving onto the third world! Judging from how many runes I will have to collect and their numbering system, I can only imaging how many times I will have to start with level one without feeling having accomplished anything, which makes the game seem lackluster. The biggest upside about this game is that it’s actually not that greedy and if you are willing to grind you can level up pretty fast. Enough said, now I can finally go rest my tapping thumb.
  • Eh. Too money grabbing.

    By Fantasticallyella (Pcmac user)

As much as I like the aesthetics of the game - there’s far too little effort to make it unique. That is why I find it money grabbing - 8$ for an Easter dress that likely took you less than a couple hours to make? 500 eggs/gems for the hat? All gem purchases are a bit high, too. And the worlds change very little as you progress. Monsters remain highly the same. And even though I have a 240% bonus for golden Umbra’s after I hit 100% there was no noticeable increase - which I find a gross lie about the upgrades which try to force you into purchasing gems. Seriously if you’re going to make a clicker game you need to put more effort into the design to warrant such large purchases. I’m getting so tired of this money grabbing cheap BS. And I didn’t write this review lightly - I played the game for about 3-4wks fairly regularly.
  • Kid friendly, but too slow

    By Icepotato (Pcmac user)

I appreciate the attempt to move the clicker genre into a format that’s a little more accessible, but the pace of this game is so glacial that I can’t imagine it will get much play with the target audience. Daily play is just a total snooze. Moving between enemies takes 2-3 seconds, the auto-attack function is almost useless, and there’s a daily quest for 100 kills. That means you open up the game, do nothing but tap for maybe 3 minutes at a minimum assuming you’re overpowered for the area, then put it away to come back right where you left off. Power ups and resets feel totally underpowered and the offline accumulation of resources is also sluggish. I recommend literally any other clicker/idle game over this.
