Install Duke Alumni app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Duke Alumni"
The search will reveal the Duke Alumni app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Duke Alumni is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Duke Alumni.
Now enjoy Duke Alumni on PC.

Errors out after initial install

Won’t open cleanly on its Sign In page; instead produces a “Network Error” message on iOS 11.2.6. App then completely unusable.

Love that I can track my remaining visits at the gym. I don't have to hunt around for my card to get discounts at the the app Store, too!
