Boo is the reason

2 reasons i don't rely on this app 100% for forecasts: The weather isn't always accurate and the radar map is not useful--it shows the weather overlay, green for rain, etc but I can't see the underlying map, which is what makes radar maps useful.
The swipe up long range forecast is nice, giving me a general idea what's coming up. I cross check with my other weather app.
My main motivation to open this app is to see the app and Buddy! It's an instant hit of happy--and some days that's exactly what I need, no matter what the weather is.

Sometimes a puppy says it all

There are a lot of days where I'm being stressed out, and at night I really don't want to interact with anyone. Having an idea about the weather does help on some days, but the app really is what sells it. Let's face it, weather apps are never accurate so all we can really have is a general idea for the temperature. Sometimes it's mid 70s, others it's low 20s. But the main thing that brings this app greatness is the app. Him and his friend always bring a happy face to the beholder of the phone.

Daily dose of cute, whenever I check the weather

Since Facebook seems to drop the app from my feed way too often, getting a dose of happy fuzzy doggies whenever I check the weather has helped mitigate the constant barrage of crisis that the 24 hour news cycle has become. Also, I enjoy the hyperlocal weather reporting from the weather underground app. Forecasting is a bit sketchy and confusing so that's why there are only 4 stars.
