Can’t redeem points

I get offers and have enough points to redeem for food. It says it’s sending me a verification email but I never received it! I checked spam/junk box and nothing. I lost out on a shake. No biggie...have a $1 off the app check, same issue! Can’t redeem since I never got the confirmation email. I’m ready to just delete app and quit using it. Not worth the headache

Never Adds Points

This app used to work just fine.
Now any time you scan your receipt it says something along the lines of "Thanks for scanning. We'll add your points when we receive your purchase."
This would be fine, except for the fact that the points are never added in the future.
Really frustrating. How has the company running the app not noticed this and why is nothing being done to fix it?

The app needs work

Where is the menu? What about order ahead? Most of the menu options link to their website instead of having the information listed natively. Hopefully they will add features in the future. Seriously, why not have a menu in the app?

Receipt won't scan

Downloaded app and was able to easily add old points. the app first trip to Highway 55 the app worked great. The past 3 times the app points were not added to the app account. It says the receipt was scanned but no points were added. I emailed customer support the first time, but it's getting old having to scan the receipt then email customer support a copy of the receipt when it's not added. Seriously thinking about deleting the app.
