2. Powered by MU Health Care, HEALTHConnect is designed to help individuals and families stay informed, stay educated and take a more active role in their health.

3. After you create your online HEALTHConnect account, simply sign into the mobile app with your username and password.

4. Personal health inquiries or concerns posted as comments in the App Store cannot be addressed.

5. If you need assistance accessing your existing account, visit for support options.

6. Contact your provider directly regarding questions about your health record.

7. You can also set up Touch or Face ID to avoid typing your username and password again.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "HEALTHConnect (HC)"
The search will reveal the HEALTHConnect (HC) app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once HEALTHConnect (HC) is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including HEALTHConnect (HC).
Now enjoy HEALTHConnect (HC) on PC.

Updates made app worse

I used to love this app when it was Health-e. Since the powers that be have changed it to the app, I can no longer message my doctor or request prescription refills. Proof once again that there is absolutely nothing that a web designer or IT person can’t make worse.

Always good luck to review all clinical results and messages from Drs. Worst problem was getting app onto phone, iPad, computer. Staff is very helpful when I had problems with password. Love the info and library.

It’s convenient to be able to communicate with my health team. However the app just doesn’t work since the last update. I’m back to signing in online.

I would love to use this app if only it would work. Since downloading it last year I have not once been able to successfully use it and always end up on the web to login online. As it stands, I get. “System error” every time. This is honestly the only app I have trouble with. Very frustrating as the online experience is excellent.
