Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "sFTP Client"
The search will reveal the sFTP Client app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once sFTP Client is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including sFTP Client.

It crashes on El Capitan

It crashes the first second it starts! Total garbage.
It works, but slow

It does work as a this app and has good features. However it is very slow and this is on a brand new 2018 MacBook. The interface is OK, but it is not a normal MacOS app, meaning that the top menu is pretty much nothing. Seems to be wrapped in something. So no standard menus that you are used in in MacOS. I could live with that, but the slow UI is a non-started for me.

What took F***Z***a minutes, took this app FIVE HOURS. Not worth it. Please try a different service and stop wasting our precious time. It's a beautiful app... but it's being crushed by a free, completely free app.
