What is LinkBluCon?
The LinkBluCon app is designed to work with BluCon (TransAm or NightRider) and Abbott's FreeStyle Libre sensor to provide near real-time glucose trends. It is suitable for both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetic patients who want to connect their iPhone to a BluCon device to read the Freestyle Libre sensor every 5 minutes. The app displays readings through a user-friendly and intuitive GUI, and it also provides a logbook to view past readings. The app can share glucose readings with the healthKit by enabling the option in settings.
