By far the most useless app ever

I honestly do not even know why TV even bothers with providing an app or website, specifically for information and products at my one and only TV in my city. Not one Echo or Stihl blower on the app or website yet they sell the whole line in-store. Can’t order Red Armor on the app or website, IT DOESN’T EXIST on it, yet big seller in-store. The app can’t even find my store close to my house which is right around the corner. The closest one it tells me is 30 miles away. Don’t get me started on the local website. This app is a waste of time and energy, do not bother. Unbelievable! I ended up purchasing my Echo PB-8010T from another hardware store only because I was too angry to want to give them any of my money. Get it together TV or remove it all together!

Crashes non stop. Doesn’t match website

Crashes every 2 minutes. Crashes 5 times within the first 10 minutes of me opening the app. How can you buy things online or for store pickup when it doesn’t even let you?
Also, the app didn’t recognize the same the app value stores that are nearby like their website did. Why is there a delta between stores listed on the website and app? Bizarre and needs fixing.

Not bad but has issue

Keeps crashing when trying to view my rewards card from the top left drop down. In addition, when clicking on the down arrow to quick view the card it's blank.

Unreliable

App crashes frequently. I get a 404 Not Found error just trying to open the app’s home page. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same issue. I tried logging in but it says invalid email but I can go to the website and log in just fine with the same email. I can’t reset password. I get invalid email. Garbage. Fix the app or get rid of it.
