Install TwitPush app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using TwitPush on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "TwitPush"
- The search will reveal the TwitPush app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once TwitPush is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including TwitPush.
- Now enjoy TwitPush on PC.

Great way to get pushed notifications of tweets

I was using IFTTT to watch for a Twitter account's hashtags then it would email me a notification. The bad things about using IFTTT is that there would be a delay of up to an hour or more to get these notifications as it wasn't dependable at all and a roundabout solution. Enter this app, I get immediate notifications on my iPhone and the notification are even pushed to my Pebble Time watch. Only half-a-day of testing it side-by-side with IFTTT and I disabled the IFTTT applet and I did the paid upgrade to this app Pro. TL:DR If you need immediate notifications for hashtags and other twitter posts, get this now.

Perfect for what I'm looking for!

I absolutely hate notifications within the official Twitter app. This app provides a nice clean interface, very customizable notifications, and the ability to easily see recent alerts. It appears polling is about every 15 minutes which is plenty frequent enough for me. Hasn't been updated in about a year but still works great.

I feel like for years I was wishing Twitter would support this fine grained notification. I searches the web for services that did this to no avail. Then I found this app and all my dreams came true. A perfectly simple app for fulfilling a simple need.

Not quite there

Good idea but not quite there. Needs to be able to have a search based on keyword without having to enter a user name as part of the search. Why would I have any idea about who’s going to say something when I’m searching on twitter? That’s the whole reason I’m searching - so I can find people who say certain things. I won’t know their user name until they say it. So having to enter that for a search kinda defeats the purpose, imo.
