Install NetSee app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using NetSee on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "NetSee"
The search will reveal the NetSee app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once NetSee is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including NetSee.
Now enjoy NetSee on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use NetSee,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "NetSee" » then Click "Install".
- NetSee will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Loses internet connection and difficult to reconnect

My 2 cameras worked well enough once I got them connected the first time around. I have not been able to reconnect them after we replaced our WIFI router. Didn’t help when a cell phone update disabled the Phone speaker ‘connection’ to the this app app. My phone can’t play the ‘Bonding’ tones used to link the cameras. Haven’t found any helpful troubleshooting tips yet. /:
Not bad for the price of free

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews? First the app is free and to monitor your cameras is free. The service almost always is available. The pairing to cameras was easy. The English translation is a bit comical but functional.
Great affordable camera! Good quality picture too.

This camera works well and has good quality. I just followed the instructions and it set up just fine. Great picture with ability to zoom.
App not connecting to WiFi

4/9/2019 was last day camera connection to WiFi keep reloading but it won’t connect I really do like this camera so how can I get it to connect to my WiFi. It also did some great that it never did before like I could see night vision but now it won’t do anything smh help
