2. Subscription fee is USD 4.49 for a 1 year subscription to Shoephoric Magazine for four issues or a USD 1.99 for each issue of Shoephoric Magazine.

3. Each quarterly issue of the Shoephoric Magazine costs USD 1.99. You may also subscribe for a year for only USD 4.49 consisting of four magazine issues.

4. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

5. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

6. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

8. Parts of our Services are offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription").
