Doesn’t work consistently

I have had this app a few weeks. When it works it’s one of the best looking apps out there and lets you schedule actions. Problem is that it’s only been working once a day every few days for a few weeks and while the developer is responsive on Twitter he hasn’t seemed very interested in determining what’s going on so it can be resolved. He also took 2.5 weeks to respond to an email support request submitted through the app.

I get that apps with server side functions have ongoing costs, but figure out a better model than $30 a year. Other apps do similar or more without a subscription. Just charge me once for the app so I can share it with my wife who shares the car. $60 a year for us both to use the app?
