Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using ChinesePod on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ChinesePod"
The search will reveal the ChinesePod app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ChinesePod is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ChinesePod.
Now enjoy ChinesePod on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use ChinesePod,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "ChinesePod" » then Click "Install".
- ChinesePod will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Apparently reprogrammed for different screen sizes...

But perhaps some device was forgotten. If you have an iPad mini, which I travel with, the new version, the app does not work as intended. When you first started everything is fine. Then if you go to any of the lesson right after the lesson there is nothing. A blank screen, actually a black screen. No amount of talking or moving will help. The only thing you can do it completely remove the app from your lineup then when you restart it it appears as though you have just restarted it from nothing. Then you play the next lesson and the same thing happen. So there is no going from one lesson to another with ease, You have to completely dismiss the program to get anywhere near another lesson without a black screen appearing. I love Chinese pod but I listen to it when I travel which is often. This makes me put it down for long periods of time. Perhaps your technical people can fix this problem. And of course I would change my review.
Best program with free and subscription lessons.

Offers interesting video audio tools to learn at all levels. Does not offer any feedback on your pronunciation just videos illustrating the correct pronunciation. My experience is that programs that offer such features don’t work well anyway.
App missing functionality

The app is pretty bad...website is much better. No way to review vocabulary lists or flash cards. Can't add vocabulary to lists either. Don't know why that feature was removed. Also, the app version doesn't have exercises/tests available at the end of the lesson. Pretty disappointing.
Terrible customer service

Don’t believe the free refund. I’ve been trying to cancel my account and be refunded for the past 2 months. They’ve stopped responding to emails and continued charging my account through their website, after confirming that they’d canceled it. Main issue and why I canceled was the podcasts are a little unwieldy, hard to listen to when you are going on a run or in the car and don’t have access to your phone.
