Customer Service is awful

After making a purchase for a Solar Chest, the server for this game froze. Unfortunately because the only way I could play the game after the server froze was to shut down my iPad and restart it, I could not see what was in the Solar Chest. When I opened to game again, I looked to see what I won and saw nothing new. I reached out to customer service to try and figure out what happened and why nothing new showed up in my inventory. Needless to say after some time I am tired of reading their dumb canned remarks. If I did receive the Solar Chest why is it you could not tell me what it was that I won after providing you with all the purchase information and screen shot you requested. Save your money, this game is not fun enough to spend any money and if take into consideration being jerked around by the customer service people responding to service tickets I suggest DO NOT SPEND A PENNY! I deleted the game after finding two better games, which seem more entertaining to make me want to spend money. Why waste your time playing a game where customer service reps are just going to lead you around for several weeks.
Fix the match making!

*Edit* “got the basic pay more money or the game won’t be fun for you response” “yeah if you could just make the match making not based on what it is currently. because if they don’t play much they can have the same star rating because it resets to 1600, doesn’t mean they don’t have cards all much higher in which case it has nothing to do with skill!!” I could give it less than 1 Star now I would. The game is fun up until you get to level 7 or 8 and your constantly matched up with level 10 players who either have spent a lot of time or real money on their cards. I didn’t even know that they could be leveled to 11 but there’s no competitive balance when you have to spend turns trying to take out weak units while they 1 shot your best stuff because the game became pay to win. Please fix the match making...I would rather have a longer time trying to find someone my own level then to constantly get pitted against players that I have no chance against because they are a much higher level than I am. Like I said it used to be much better before...unless it gets updated it’ll prolly be on the chopping block soon for me.
Good gameplay, awful loot aspect

The gameplay is really fun, reminds me of hero academy mixed with clash royale, and it blends nicely, however, they follow along with the same awful practice of setting a timer to open your chests to get more cards. 3 hours for the tier 3 chest to open, one at a time at that, with a cap of 4, you get one every time you win so you end up playing 4 games and waiting 3 hours to play another game for any kind of reward other than ranking. You’ll hit a wall fast, since if you wanna keep playing you’ll reach a rank where everyone out levels you and have better/stronger units whether it be because they spent more time or spent more money on the game than you. The grind is too much, and honestly not worth it, I had high hopes too since I really enjoyed the gameplay, shame really.
Ruined my favorite game

They game was wonderful. It was all I played. And had no problem spending money on it occasionally either. But now it’s ruined, all the new changes change the gameplay entirely. I feel robbed of a good game. Disappointed. Edit: added one star, the recent update improved it to a degree. However the mortars health is too low almost any troop can one hit it, combined with the fact that it has a one turn delay, it is now useless. Health is just generally too low for a turn based game. Not keeping your gel at the turn of each turn is a plain stupid feature. And the maps really should be larger.
