  • Needs ability to input hexcodes

    By Incyray (Pcmac user)

this app clearly displays the hexcodes for colors, and even allows them to be copy-and-pasted from around the canvas in-app. However, there is no functionality for manual hexcode input. This is an extremely disappointing and honestly, product-ruining flaw. If you’re going to offer hexcode support, then it should be possible to input a specific hexcode without needing to fiddle with hue sliders and such. As someone who has been making digital art for 10 years, this is a very big deal. Keeping colors consistent is incredibly important, especially when illustrating characters. I had a lot of nice ideas for artworks that I could make with this app- only to discover that I couldn’t make them to do this incomplete hexcode support. this app is even a fairly good artistic app, offering otherwise rather complex color manipulation, very large canvasses, and variable brush sizes. Though I would also like to note, it would be nice to be able to import an image without altering the colors in any way(especially to make up for the lack of hexcode input).
  • Decent app

    By Ienrlsmaoa (Pcmac user)

This is my preferred the app art app, the interface is easy to use, the tools provided are flawless, and the max canvas size is pretty large. However, the color pallet is limited to a max of 14 colors, you changing any of these colors will also carry to the canvas, so you are stuck with what you have. Also, you are limited to 5 canvases unless you pay $2.99. Honestly, the app is handicapped without the paid version. Overall, it is a great the app art app, you can manage without the paid version.
  • Overall Amazing App!

    By QiandQio (Pcmac user)

As someone who uses this app, it is great to have developers and people who listen to other people’s needs for this app. The recent update has been flawless, and it’s great to see the amount of support developers have for issues and ideas some of us may have. Not only that, but the overall simplicity of the app is very understandable, and buying its extras are worth it. The process of having to make art isn’t very long, and when you upload it, it comes out with high resolution as an easy to export image. This app has very good potential. Love to see what potential is in store in the future! 5/5
  • Either the reviews are lying to you...

    By Das-Mimi (Pcmac user)

Or they took out features. There’s no hex codes. Heck, they only give you 16 colors per image out of 32 they give you AND you can only choose the 16 once you open the image. You can’t choose after. It’s my type of outline preference (you can make squares over a grid) but you can’t use layers, the color options are not only limited but really pointless colors (50 shades of blue but only 16 options...) you can’t upload unless you buy.... idk what to think of this... it’s upsetting.
