Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Boogie Lightz"
The search will reveal the Boogie Lightz app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Boogie Lightz is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Boogie Lightz.
Now enjoy Boogie Lightz on PC.
