Love the feature of requesting appointments at any time without having to call in but appointments haven't gotten confirmed through the app. I was hoping this app would be able to track confirmed appointments for you. Other than that, useful to get the requests in if you can't call!

Used to be able to make appts on the app. Which was great because it’s so much easier to see what times are available rather than figure it out over the phone.. but hasn’t worked For a few months now and it kinda defeats the purpose of the app

This has never worked properly. I have had it for years. the staff pics are the only functioning portion. The scratch off. Appointment (which seems like the most logical piece to actually use) or any other “feature” looks like it was setup for a demo to the owner and then never maintained. #Fail
