1. From the app: Simply input pick up and drop off details, insert notes, confirm fare by pressing book, and head to the designated location once you've been allocated a biker.

2. Please use the notes section to input relevant details to aid the biker, such as recipient contact info (name and mobile number) or package details such as size or weight.
