  • If you Dj this is a must Own!! Nothing else even competes

    By DJCHEMIST (Pcmac user)

Super Tight app the Controls and functions are Super tight and responsive love the 3D Touch feature it's a small Feature but can't way to see it implemented more. One thing I wish is that each Deck had its own Fx panel that would be great rather then closing it each time I want to play with the other Deck. And I Also wish there were a lot less Windows when I record a mix I just wish I could hit record then hit again to stop kinda throws me off Rhythem. I'm just nit picking. I'm surprised how low priced it is for what you get. And how it Functions you can actually create great mixes with this! They knocked it out of the park with this!! Why you still reading this you Should be mixing it up Already!!!
  • The good and the bad

    By capedape (Pcmac user)

First off, this is the best designed interface so far on an iOS Dj app. I started Djing with vinyl as a kid 20 years ago and it has been mind blowing seeing how far iOS has become as a serious tool for djing or live PA. However, I have two issues with this app which other apps have (Dj player pro, djdj, and an amazing one I'm beta testing at the moment). 1. It doesn't have Ableton link and without that one isn't able to connect/sync timing to the whole growing world of iOS link apps which is super fun and essential for complex "pro" setups. 2. No generic MIDI mapping to any device. Lock in to a few controllers is limiting. I'd like to be able to map its controls to any generic MIDI controller out there and ones I already own. Most of all, please just add link and I'll buy the iPad version of this as well as all IPA for both!
  • I like it!

This Pro version is as simple to use as the DJ2. The interface is slightly different than what I'm used to, but didn't take but a minute to figure out. I bought the special effect bundles as I had them for my original app, and like the FX drop down menu button below the turn tables. I haven't been able to figure out the scratching aspect of PRO. On DJ2, if you placed 2 fingers on the track, the app would go into a scratching mode automatically taking over the fading button as you desirably turned the turn table giving the effect of scratching using that particular track. Have not been able to do this on PRO so I'm assuming it was not an included feature thus the 4 stars, but I still like it.
  • My choice with the IPad Air 2 & iPhone 6 Plus

    By Terrys2012 (Pcmac user)

this app has made many changes and has been a stable program to use for professional DJ use. It works great with iTunes and has many features and options. Creating playlist and using them is great and being able to put songs in cue helps. I use the Iphone 6 Plus with this app for backup but haven't needed backup yet. I would like to see the AUTO FADE feature added to the IPhone program. Its the arrow on each side of the fader to have it fade across. Its a great stable program and its all I use.
