4. Your membership is automatically renewed unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

    I just turned 50 years old, and I’m an avid soccer player. I’ve tried other workout apps and even video routines (I won’t mention the names, but you know the ones). With this app, there is no excuse to not work out. There is no need for equipment or even a large area. Since I’ve started this workout routine, I am fitter than most 50 year olds and even some 40 year olds on the field...and I don’t get injured as much as I used to. I highly recommended this app!

    I've tried alot of fitness apps for home workouts because I honestly hate going to the gym. Most apps promise alot but then require a monthly or yearly subscription once you do a single workout. This app delivers my own personal workout plan for free; it's challenging, tough, and everything I could hope for. It's also very motivational.

    I just completed my week of using this app. I love it and it has great work outs. My only problem is the fact that when I missed a day for the training plan it did some glitch where it made me complete a session and it screwed my days up so I had to manually go to the specific workouts and then restart the training plan over. There needs to be a way to control the training plan for example let me select an option that says I have completed that session. It needs to be looked over by the dev team for me to give 5 stars.

    I titled this first impression, but I’ve had this app for about 2 months and it’s been amazing! I’m a very active guy and a wrestler, but I don’t always have access to a gym. This app has really helped in those times where I just need some really intense work till I can get into a gym again. It’s an awesome app and I would 100% recommend.
