1. LINC gives Chili’s Team Members instant access to job-related training, communications, broadcast videos and much more! The LINC app also enables leaders to view their team’s performance on modules and other learning activities.

2. To access LINC, Chili’s Team Members must have a valid HotSchedules username and password.

3. If you prefer not to install/use it on your personal device, ask your leader about the option of accessing the LINC app from your restaurant’s designated training iPad.

4. NOTE: Download and usage of the LINC app is entirely optional.

5. A Wi-Fi connection is strongly recommended to avoid using cellular data.

Install Chili’s LINC app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Chili’s LINC on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Chili’s LINC"
The search will reveal the Chili’s LINC app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Chili’s LINC is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Chili’s LINC.
Now enjoy Chili’s LINC on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Chili’s LINC,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Chili’s LINC" » then Click "Install".
- Chili’s LINC will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Horrible app

I can’t even log on with my information because it constantly tells me that I have a connection error, but all other apps and internet work on my phone. How am I to get done these required modules if I can’t even log in?!?!?!

You can do your modules through schoox.com, login with your hotschedules info. This app takes forever to load modules and doesn't always accurately record completion. I have had to watch a few modules three or four times for the app to show my progress as complete. I understand that Chili's has hired a third party to make the app so they don't have to maintain it themselves, but they should find a better, more reliable tech company.
