If your thinking right now, “Should I get this service?” Stop all your doubts. I too was like you, “does it work? Is it really unlimited?” Etc, etc... I’m here to tell you now, this service is the best money I’ve spent on this trip, beside the trip itself. It’s unreal how good this program works. Why more people don’t use this service is beyond me. My husband discovered this app by chance when looking at Trip Advisor for tours. It’s not a tour but a VERY useful app. We used it twice in our 4 day stay to get around the Old City of Bangkok. It was great to be able to set up a pick up and drop off point and not worry about price, tipping, getting dropped off at the wrong place, or any other scam. Highly recommend this app.
