App crashes when trying to sync watch

The app keeps crashing every time I try to sync the watch, It never crashed before the new IOS update. please help! My daughter really wants to be able to tell time again and use all watch features as before. Thanks!!!!

Severe malfunctions and bugs to fix

I ordered three watches in 2016 for my three kids (ages 5,6,7) and was so excited for them to come in the mail. I have had problems with the watches from the beginning, and recently with the app. I'm very frustrated with the performance and malfunctions experienced with the price paid. The watches will not hold a charge, the watches will show the incorrect time and date, and reminders will not go off at times. Today my son was wearing his watch and the face of the watch just came off! It was not smashed or hit. The app has stopped working. I cannot sync any of the watches now. I understand that with a new product like this there are bugs and kinks that need to be worked out, but I feel that with new users better support and customer service could be given. My kids have loved their watches and when they did work it was amazing. I would like to either have the ability to send them in and get fixed or have some type of warranty offered; and the app issues need to be addressed immediately so that the watches can be used.

We loved this idea when we saw this product online, and thought of our child immediately! It’s saved our cheeks in regards to toileting, chores, being more punctual, and many other things! The app seems to work fine. The only thing I dislike so far is it tends to log me out of the app. This is frustrating especially if I don’t have time to log back in. It sends my wife & I reminders of what should be happening in the next few mins, to make sure our daughter is doing what she’s supposed to be doing. I had anticipated they would’ve had the gamification done by now, but hopefully soon!😎 I am glad they have the reward system, I need to turn it on, and try it. she does admit to just pressing it and ignoring it. We’ve since had a talk about her losing different items, if not compliant!!
