1. This App works in supported models of iPhone and iPad to capture warranty claim details while device is on-line or off-line and data can be synchronized with Michelin Systems once Wi-Fi is connected.

2. The Michelin Warranty Claim App provides a mechanism to capture and submit Passenger & LT and Agriculture Warranty Claims for Michelin, BFG & Uniroyal brand tires.

3. • Capture warranty claim details on supported models of iPhone, iPad, while device is on-line or off-line.

4. • Passenger & LT: iMessage with Michelin Tire Experts prior to or after submitting a claim.

5. • Allows user to attach photos and/or brief video of tire(s) for Michelin to review.

6. • Only Open Market, BibBasic and KAD users are required to self-register for an ID to login to the App and Submit Warranty Claims.

7. • Real time digital inspection available for Pass/LT when submitting Claim Type 7 (Goodwill/Customer Request).

8. This App will be used by all Michelin external Dealers, Distributors and Open Market Users throughout USA and Canada.

9. • Michelin order will provide the SNPM prefix or dealer's customer Michelin direct prefix.
