Install Rescue Network app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Rescue Network on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Rescue Network"
The search will reveal the Rescue Network app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Rescue Network is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Rescue Network.
Now enjoy Rescue Network on PC.

Rescuer notes as reference.

Sometimes when there’s a discrepancy on the the app. Or there’s a previous damaged. Someone needs to be able to read the driver’s notes in case the customer wants to make a claim or perhaps the dispatcher needs more training
Enroute/Response Time

The app starts the response time from when the rescuer accepts the job, thus giving the wrong enroute time. Specifically when the rescuer is currently on another the app job or getting dressed, responding from home etc. Time should start when the enroute button is pressed in order to give the appropriate time frame for the dispatch and customer. Otherwise the app works great and if very accurate with locations of both the rescuer and customer.
Not good on iPhone

When I first put this on my phone in February of 18 I had no problems with it and would of rated it 5 stars. Now however for last few months I have had to put in multiple reports which have not been addressed for missing rescues (sound doesn’t notify until missed), notifications going after the app has been missed. Not being able to accept rescues at all. Incorrect address information, and pending status after accepting the app taking too long where I can’t pull up map. Please fix these issues.
Notification tones

Need to be able to change the notification tones. I am def it one ear and can’t hear my phone in me pocket when this app tries to alert me of a job. The only jobs I am able to take are the jobs that come through when my phone is in my hand. Ive missed countless calls because of this. I’ve called support and they couldn’t help me. If we could get that fixed then I would rate 5 stars because otherwise I have no complaints about the app. The app is very easy to use when I can use it. Thanks Josh
