Disregard the comment made by the other user. The app does work. I’ll provide instructions then give you my review. INSTRUCTIONS: 1 - enable wifi in Yi camera settings (this also applies to all action cameras all the way to Yi 4k+ camera) 2 - connect to the Yi camera wifi on your mac. You will have to enter a password. the default password is 1234567890. I recommend that you change it in the iphone app for obvious safety reasons. 3 - launch the this app for Xiaomi Yi app 4 - connect to camera and you’re done. REVIEW: 1 - the app is very expensive. 2 - it needs a huge update due to lags. By lag I mean once you take a picture or start recording a video, the live stream freazes. It takes some work to get it back to stream. Very inconvenient. 3 - no option to change the download location. When you want to download media from the camera to your mac, it stores it in a very complicated location. you have to enable view hidden files in order to get to the downlauded media. Again, very inconvenient. If this was a free app, the rating would be different. However, for such a price, it should be nothing short of very good. if you can bare with those inconveniences, you can get the job done with this app.
