UPDATED: Developers are greedy. Just about everything in the app is paid (and NOT cheap! $9.99 each, even if you pay the $20 "Lifetime Membership"). I'm deleting, downgrading my original review (below) from 3 stars to only 1, and looking elsewhere for an app that won't break the bank. I'm looking for a workout app where I can create my own workouts by selecting the exercises I want and the amount of reps/time I want to do each exercise. This app says it has that capability but I haven't been able to find it. I'm reviewing the free version before I buy, so perhaps that's only possible in the paid $9.99 version...? Anyway, as I'm looking at the exercises (only 3 of which are available in the free version) it tells me I can unlock all exercises for free *if* I provide a 5-star review. I can't, in good conscience, be coerced into inflating this apps value by writing an excessively positive review on something I haven't tried yet. Bad form, developers.
Greedy, full of hidden costs and you can’t try it for free

Just downloaded the app because it popped up on my Insta feed and looked interesting. Despite saying there are ‘no hidden costs’ and it’s free for the first week, they insist on getting your credit card details to bill you. There’s also a suspect auto-renew policy with loads of terms and conditions about when you can actually cancel. Really wanted to try it for myself, but you literally can’t enter the app at all without giving them your credit card details. Such BS. There are great workout apps out there, Nike Training Club has similar functionality with tons of workouts and continual updates for free. Super disappointed. Telling people to give you a 5-star rating for free access (which based on other reviews, doesn’t happen anyway) shows a complete lack of integrity too.
Good workouts but expensive

I got this app to loose some weight before school started up again, and when I signed up it seemed very personalized. When I finished the questions it said I had to pay for it, so I looked to see how much it was and it was 5 bucks for 1 week. That is so stupid, but I paid for it cause there was a free trial. When I got on there, they had very personalized workouts for specific areas of your body and your level of experience, which was AMAZING. This app is great but if your not willing to pay for it, then you should download the free version.
Great workouts—but a scam

I saw this app on a social media site and thought it looked good and I wanted to try it because it looked legit! I looked at the reviews and they said that it was mostly a scam, but I still wanted to try it. I downloaded it and it asked me my age, weight, what I wanted to focus on, e.t.c, and all seemed to be going well. Then a page popped up asking for $2.99 per week, and I tried looking for a free version button, but there was nothing...so in order to use this app you do have to pay $2.99 per week to use the app, but other than that, it has great workouts and really helps!
