Often won’t connect, Requires log in every time

This app is very frustrating to use. It will only connect with my Amazfit Pace watch about one time in every 10 attempts, and frequently loses the connection soon after connecting. It requires a login and Internet connection in order to connect. So it’s a hassle if I forget my password and it won’t work if I am off the grid. It doesn’t have any ability to download maps for off-line use. It doesn’t have anyway to adjust the update tracking bins/limits. When it does work, the map and performance graphs are nice.
Please, add Arabic language.

I really like this watch and enjoying the smooth that it has, but it’ll be much appreciated if you add Arabic language so I can easily read the notifications from within the watch screen.
Doesn’t Sync

App simply leads to frustration, each and every attempt...frustration. Doesn’t render watch useless but does render components the manufacturer touts in description of watches. If you’re reading this after purchasing watch, return watch. Don’t do what I did and ignore reviews as it will be a regret. Amazfit simply not worth purchase. I agree with someone else’s review—we should campaign against as they have zero customer support and inoperable apps. Thanks amazfit 🖕🏻
Synchronization issue

Had issue with sleeping data sync to phone, i had to reset and re-pair again to solve it. But now I have problems with weather info update. It only works if I choose an Chinese city. As soon as I pick USA cities, watch can not get weather update. Please fix these synchronization issue.
