MobileFitting is a mobile app designed for hearing care professionals to set up and adjust supported Signia hearing aids using a smart mobile device. The app allows for a quick and user-friendly setup without the need for a laptop or PC. The app is intended for use by hearing care professionals only and requires an access code from the country's Sivantos representative.
1. MobileFitting is a unique and innovative app that allows the hearing care professional to perform a quick and user-friendly setup and adjustment of supported Signia hearing aids with only a smart mobile device.
2. The Mobile Fitting app is a tool whereby the hearing care professional can adjust comfort functions of a hearing aid within a given framework.
3. This enables the hearing care professional to be truly mobile and reach the hearing impaired more easily than ever before.
4. It also enables the hearing care professional to personalize the sound.
5. The MobileFitting app is intended to be used by HEARING CARE PROFESSIONALS ONLY.
6. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE MANUAL OF THE HEARING AIDS AND THE "INFO" SECTION WITHIN THE APP BEFORE USING THIS APP.
7. Supported mobile devices: iPhone 5, 6, 6s, 7, 7 Plus, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro 9.7", iPad Pro 12.9", iPad mini 4, iPad 2017 running iOS 10 or higher.
8. There is no need for a laptop or PC to set up the hearing aids.
9. While using the app do not hold the loudspeaker of this device to your ears or the ears of others.
10. Do not use the device with headphones, headsets or other audio playback devices unless the app requests you to do so.
11. In order to be able to use the app you must apply for an access code from your country's Sivantos representative.
