Install OutlawPulling app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using OutlawPulling on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "OutlawPulling"
- The search will reveal the OutlawPulling app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once OutlawPulling is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including OutlawPulling.

Great App

As a puller this app is very useful to keep track of your pulling order before the pull starts. No more having to take a picture of lineup sheets or trying to find the paper copies at the starting line. During the pull the updates are realtime and let's you see the class order and how many are left in a class in front of you. As a fan you are now able to be in the know on who all is pulling in the class and what the pulling order is, something most fans didn't have access to in the past.
As a fan and follower of classes that are pulling in locations that I can not be at this lets me know how everyone is doing as it is happening.
At the end of a pull you have updated points standings for the classes that ran that night.
