Install WienMobil app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using WienMobil on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WienMobil"
The search will reveal the WienMobil app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once WienMobil is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WienMobil.
Now enjoy WienMobil on PC.

Frustrating!

Doesn't stay logged in, even with the 'keep me logged in' option toggled on. Every time I open the app, I have to log in and download my ticket again. Also terrible at finding routes. Google maps is more reliable, even if their time tables are out of date.
Still doesn’t stay logged in! FACE RECOGNITION not working

Using an iOS. It doesn’t remember my password, turned on face recognition, and it’s not working. I’m afraid of typing my credit card information and making my first ticket purchase! Not sure how secure this app is!
System connection issues

There are always system connection issues, which means every time i try to access my annual pass, it is not possible. It is very inconvenient and not reliable for this use.
