Worst app ever

They push the app in your face to pay for the bill and promise to give free appetizers and such if you do. Well no wonder, the app never works so they don’t have to give anything free! Had the app for a month now and still have yet to be able to use it. Nothing works! Can’t pay! Won’t store card information! Says it’s thinking when you scan a receipt but won’t ever load it! What a joke! Why even bother to put out an app if it won’t function. We love this app but they are surely slacking with this app!

I used this app for the first time today dispirit the 2 star rating. I didn’t have any issues. I set up my account, selected my local branch, browsed the menu, placed my order, and paid. Food was ready at the time I selected and everything was correct. Great app!
Pointless

It makes no sense to use this app. It’s been twice now that we’ve used this app to check in, drove our 20 minutes to the restaurant, and have been told we have the same wait for a seat despite checking in earlier on the app. Why check in on the app if you’re going to have the same wait regardless? Either make your stores consistent with seating those who have (albeit digitally) been waiting longer or delete this piece of garbage off the Apple store.
Completely messed my order up!!

I ordered a to go. The order at checkout on the app showed everything correctly. Somehow...it flipped my order around on the actual receipt that was emailed. So, we received a Roadkill without any toppings, a salad with everything removed from it except croutons (croutons were supposed to be taken off). The smothered chicken was bare. I have no idea how this happened and we didn’t realize how strange this was until we were home and looked at our dinner!!
