1. Save your new photo to your photo library or share it to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, VK or any other social network, forum or site and set the picture as a profile picture, cover photo etc.

2. Tap the "Add Flag to Photo" button to cover your photo with a flag or the "Add Flag to Photo" button to add a flag icon.

3. The Flag My Picture app lets you flagify your image by overlaying your images with country flags.

4. To add a flag to your photo, simply tap the "Add a Photo".

5. There are 198 flags to choose from.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Flag My Picture"
The search will reveal the Flag My Picture app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Flag My Picture is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Flag My Picture.
Now enjoy Flag My Picture on PC.
