Install Apollo Cloud app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Apollo Cloud on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Apollo Cloud"
The search will reveal the Apollo Cloud app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Apollo Cloud is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Apollo Cloud.
Now enjoy Apollo Cloud on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Apollo Cloud Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Apollo Cloud,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Apollo Cloud" » then Click "Install".
- Apollo Cloud will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Terrible customer service

I just got the device based on their advertising that it will back seamisly with google drive. I follow the steps and nothing happen so I call their phone and could NOT understand a word on the guy. I keep asking him to speak more clearly or slow then he hang up on me, FANTASTIC! Going to return it and buy something else. Do your research before buying this POC.
Ok, but would love an added feature

We use ours mostly for photos. Over the years we have ended up with duplicates among our many devices. A photo management feature that allows for the identification (already does this for most pictures, it stacks them on top of eachother and will show you what device they are on) and removal of duplicate pictures and videos would be amazing. Also, a more robust description of it’s capabilities and how it works for those that may not be as tech savvy would be nice.

Excellent cloud server , finally i can keep at home . Easy to setup, excellent for iPad, iPhone very secure . However not so perfect at all to use for small office with employee.( employee login that will stay in office) So far at my home ( 5 months) works exelent and zero complants .:)

I purchased the the app Duo 2 in April of 2018. It is August 2019 and the unit along with the app stopped working. Needless to say I lost a great deal of data, mostly clients data. I expressed my frustration and the customer service only solution was to get a new one at my expense or return my unit and get a new one from them in abut a month. HORRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE APP AND PRODUCTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
