Install ATCloud app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using ATCloud on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ATCloud"
- The search will reveal the ATCloud app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once ATCloud is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ATCloud.
- Now enjoy ATCloud on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native ATCloud Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use ATCloud,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "ATCloud" » then Click "Install".
- ATCloud will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Don’t do it.

Had I known this was the app that was going to be associated with my cameras at home, I would have got something else. This app is trash. It freezes more than it works “over connections Maximus” is a common thing to see instead of your home.
Playback feature is terrible. It works, but halfway through your scrubbing to find a certain time of the day, it’ll freeze and shut off.
I never leave reviews on apps. Never. No matter how terrible. I usually just erase. But since I’m married to this product until I’m home, this was a way to get out the frustration.
Leaving one start is generous.

The system says connected on the cameras but I can’t see anything. No live feed coming through

One step up from nothing

The hardware is fine (decent cameras etc), but the software is good for nothing. The app crashes, playback is a joke/doesn’t work. It just spools forever or starts from 1970 (?? ) and then crashes. The internal clock is the wrong timezone and I can’t seem to adjust it. No customer service available from app.

The app freezes up my phone I have to turn my phone off then back on it keeps doing it I have asked and asked for this problem to be looked at and still no response please help
