Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Scratch Device Manager"
The search will reveal the Scratch Device Manager app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Scratch Device Manager is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Scratch Device Manager.
Now enjoy Scratch Device Manager on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Scratch Device Manager,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Scratch Device Manager" » then Click "Install".
- Scratch Device Manager will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I figured out how to OPEN it!

Awesome app for kids! When you download the app, a small window appears that doesn’t extend all the way, so the way to extend to full screen or to “open” the app is by clicking on “HELP” button on the small the app window and it will automatically open a new page on your web browser and walla! there you have it! You get to use all the features of the app, hopefully this was helpful to some :)

Very useful in my opinion. People who have this hardware can use it to easily make a much larger project much faster. Deserves 10 stars.
Disappointed

I guess that this application in its essence would be really great and helpful to getting a head start in pogramming but I cant even open it. I’d like to at least delete it to reinstall it but its nowhere to be found on my computer yet it appears as installed on the App store. . .
The app would not open.
