What is VictronConnect? VictronConnect is an app that allows users to get live status information and configure Victron products using built-in Bluetooth support or using a VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle or VE.Direct USB interface. The app provides instant data from solar chargers or battery monitors, simplifies configuration settings, updates firmware, and includes a demo mode. The app requires Bluetooth Low Energy support to work with VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle.

Install VictronConnect app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using VictronConnect on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "VictronConnect"
The search will reveal the VictronConnect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once VictronConnect is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including VictronConnect.
Now enjoy VictronConnect on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use VictronConnect,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "VictronConnect" » then Click "Install".
- VictronConnect will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Unable to connect to SmartSolar device most of the time

I've really enjoyed using this app when it's able to find my SmartSolar device. After a reboot, the app can almost always find the device. If I close / reopen the app, though, it will only find the device about 10% of the time. Have done some digging with mac's Console, but haven't found an obvious smoking gun. Mac 10.14.6 (latest), this app (latest, v5.8), SmartSolar MPPT 75/15 (latest firmware, v1.39).
