Install E-Hawk app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using E-Hawk on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "E-Hawk"
The search will reveal the E-Hawk app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once E-Hawk is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including E-Hawk.
Now enjoy E-Hawk on PC.

Ok App - needs work.

The basic functions of this app work well. Easy to view the live camera feed, set up WiFi, pan/zoom works well, audio is easy to use. However some of the advanced functions are more difficult. I inserted a micro SD card for recording video. Every time I delete a snapshot or video the app crashes. When the app starts up again I find that most of the snapshots and videos are gone, not just the one I tried to delete. I had to reboot the camera to get the motion sensor settings to work. When the app crashes the settings get reverted back. Every single time you change a setting you have to click save or your changes don't take affect. There are no instructions for how to use some of the settings or what they mean. For instance I didn't know what IO Alarm meant so I had to google it. The App needs some work.
Never worked the camera is an expensive paperweight

6 technicians, everything worked, camera connected, moves all around, but the viewing area has “Camera” a green light and no picture. LOL spent $75 for expert set up, and many attempts over 1 year period by many people. Bought a different cameras from a different companies they work fine. This sits on the desk with a “never buy this camera” sign. Really we have 9 cameras various companies all set up fine. This one never worked. Actually it appeared to work but what the camera sees is a mystery. Not too useful.
No Password Reset?

Working great until I forgot my password ("Remember Password" was checked all this time) and there is apparently no link to reset or retrieve your password. I don't even know how the password could've changed. This rating may change based on the (prompt) reply of Customer Service.

I’ve had this for two years. I’m really happy with it. Tho I do not record with the camera. I use it to see if someone comes on my property while I’m working in my basement.
