1. The SG Journey App is a special commemorative app which aggregates some of the trails created under the National i-Trail Challenge (NiTC) as well as the Ministry of Education's mySG Trails and Exhibitions programme.
2. Aimed at students from Primary 4 upwards, groups of students were challenged to use a simple web-based learning trail design application to create digital learning trails about Singapore.
3. The winning NiTC trails over the years have been featured in this SG Journey App.
4. Over 100 Community i-Trails and over 220 Heritage i-Trails have been created by students for the public.
5. The inaugural National i-Trail Challenge (NiTC) was organised in 2012.
6. The SG Journey App is free and will remain free for everyone to celebrate 50 years of nation building.
7. Organized around a different overarching theme each year, the NiTC has reached out to more than 110 schools.
