Great, but crashes and needs fixes

This program is great, when it works. It crashes constantly, and has a maximum video edit time of five minutes, wich is annoying. It also only works in portrait view and refuses to show video in the more common standard landscape view, dramaticly reducing viewing space on the device. It also only allows you to show a the app for 10% of the video or longer. It needs to allow you to show a the app for any amount of time.
The only reason why I am giving two stars is because the app is the only app on the iphone that allows you to the app parts of a video, which is what I needed for.
Plz listen to my complaints.

App doesn’t work at all! Keeps crashing. Doesn’t let me the app anything. Just purchased the premium. Tried to go to apple support. All the text is in Japanese or Korean. Don’t waste your money and time. Frustrating to say the least!! Zero stars if that was possible but it won’t let me put anything lower then a 1.
