What is AR PHYA THAI PALACE?
The Phya Thai Palace, also known as the Phya Thai Royal Palace, is an old palace located in the heart of Bangkok near the Victory Monument. The palace is known for its unique architecture, including a high tower and a pointed roof. Inside, there are beautiful murals painted in Western style, and to enhance the tourist experience, an augmented reality (AR) app has been developed. The app uses AR codes to provide visitors with additional information and entertainment.
1. ในปีพุทธศักราช ๒๔๕๒ พระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว โปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ซื้อที่ดินบริเวณถนน “ซางฮี้” ซึ่งเป็นที่สวนและนาบริเวณริมคลองสามเสนติดกับทุ่งพญาไทเป็นที่แปรพระราชฐานเพื่อทรงพักผ่อนพระอิริยาบถ แล้วโปรดให้สร้างพระตำหนักพระราชทานนามว่า“พระตำหนักพญาไท” หลังจากนั้น พระองค์ได้เสด็จฯ มาประทับที่วังพญาไทบ่อยครั้งเมื่อพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวเสด็จสวรรคต สมเด็จพระศรีพัชรินทราบรมราชินีนาถ ได้เสด็จแปรพระราชฐาน จากในพระบรมมหาราชวังมาประทับที่วังพญาไทเป็นการถาวรจนเสด็จสวรรคต พระบาทสมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ทรงมีพระราชดำริที่จะสร้างพระราชมณเฑียรสถานขึ้นใหม่เพื่อเป็นที่ประทับในวังพญาไท และโปรดเกล้าฯให้ยกวังพญาไทขึ้นเป็น พระราชวังพญาไท พระราชมณเฑียรสถานที่สร้างขึ้นใหม่นี้ เป็นหมู่พระที่นั่ง ๓ องค์ ซึ่งเชื่อมต่อกัน ได้แก่พระที่นั่งไวกูณฐเทพยสถาน พระที่นั่งพิมานจักรี พระที่นั่งศรีสุทธนิวาส และยังมีพระที่นั่งอื่นๆ ที่น่าสนใจอีก คือ พระที่นั่งเทวราชสภารมย์ พระที่นั่งอุดมวนาภรณ์ และพ...
