Install LED BLE app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using LED BLE on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "LED BLE"
The search will reveal the LED BLE app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once LED BLE is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including LED BLE.
Now enjoy LED BLE on PC.

Finally I figured out how to connect app to phone

Like everyone else who uses this app, you will soon learn that you probably can’t pair your phone to your new lights. Here is the trick. Unplug the lights from the power source. Close the this app app. Turn off the Bluetooth. Open the this app app. Turn on your Bluetooth, plug in the lights. Hit scan on the app and it should connect. Sometimes when it disconnects you just unplug the the app light and plug them back in. The app will recognize your phone and pair. This app has one major problem. Poorly written or non-existing instructions. Also you shouldn’t have to unplug the the app lights and plug them back in, in order to pair to your phone. Other than that, the app works great when it works. It’s pretty fun. They need to just work out a few kinks and get some instructions.
It’s great, but needs a major fix!

I just got this product the other day and I installed it. The lights are bright and colorful and I love it very much. This app gives you many options for colors and what patterns you want. Butttt, the music and microphone part definitely needs some updating. The music part of the app only connects to certain apple music songs. I think it definitely needs to be able to connect to any music apps for a better experience. I’ve also have tried the microphone a couple of times to try to get the music that my friend was playing out of the speakers to have the lights go with the beat. It worked once but once I tried again, it didn’t work:(
Poor functionality

This could be a wonderful app... but, there are some very dysfunctional parts to it. The music setting won’t let you find most of your music, only like the last 20 or so songs added. The music will not actually play (even onto your phone speakers) even though the lights will flash to it, and he microphone setting doesn’t work at all! There is no ability to save custom lighting patterns to your favorites, so you can only have one custom sequence ready at any given time by accessing a whole separate menu. Would be nice for these lights to do everything they were advertised to do!
Can’t connect via Bluetooth

Spent the extra money for an the app strip that can connect to music but I was upset to find out that feature doesn’t work. Then I plugged in my lights before I hung them and they worked so I hung them, then after hanging them I tried to connect them back to my phone and it never worked. The remote works but I cannot use the Bluetooth feature at all, if I would of seen these reviews I would’ve opted for a cheaper set of lights. Mine showed that it was connected, never said anything about an illegal connection they just never turned on via my phone. Dissapointing.
