Install BLE Scan app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using BLE Scan on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BLE Scan"
The search will reveal the BLE Scan app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once BLE Scan is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BLE Scan.
Now enjoy BLE Scan on PC.

This is nothing! Does nothing! Took my money!!! This app is a complete and total absolute SCAM! I should have known. My fault for trusting Apple to watch out for the customer. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
