Why can't I not download?

I HAD THIS APP WHEN I WAS FOUR AND ITS SUPER FUNNY then I got a new device. So I wanted to download this on my new device and forgot this apps name! And now that I have finally found it I can't even download!😭😭😭 PLEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAASSSEEE HELP! P.s This app is great and it might not be the app it might be my device lol
Speech bubbles 💭

I think this is a good game but the speech bubbles come before the actions and I wanted them to be while the actions were happening
