Install Reid HealthNOW app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Reid HealthNOW on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Reid HealthNOW"
The search will reveal the Reid HealthNOW app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Reid HealthNOW is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Reid HealthNOW.
Now enjoy Reid HealthNOW on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Reid HealthNOW Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Reid HealthNOW,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Reid HealthNOW" » then Click "Install".
- Reid HealthNOW will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I really appreciate the option of using the the app Now app. In the current pandemic atmosphere, it was a comfort to be able to have our follow up appointment as a virtual visit. It was a great!
Waited 45 min to be dropped

I waited 45 minutes and was next in line. At 9:03pm the doctors assistant text me through the app to say the doctor was no long available and I’d have to start over. I understand if it is the end of a shift but the app/assistant should be intuitive/cognizant to this and reroute patients when the shift change is near for a doctor. This is poor service.
