Download and install the Udrive app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Udrive on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Udrive"
- The search will reveal the Udrive app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Udrive is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Udrive.
- Now enjoy Udrive on PC.
- Using Udrive on Mac OS:

How to download and use Udrive App on Windows 11
To get Udrive on Windows 11, check if there's a native Udrive Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Udrive:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Udrive" » Click "Install" to install Udrive
- Udrive will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Worst customer service BEWARE

I booked a car upon arriving the wheels have low pressure car. I call customer service they pick up after 30 minutes on wait. They charge you after you reserve the car and as a first time customer I had no idea there's a pin so I called to talk to support team and no one's picks up and apparently you will pay for every minute waiting for someone from the support team to pick up. After the customer service representative picks up i explain to him the situation in English and arabic but he still provides me with no solution and tells me you will pay regardless wheather you used it or not which is completely unacceptable with such poor customer support me having to wait half an hour for them to take my call is not a cost I should bear. This is the first and last time I use this service. If your planning on trying it I advice you to find another service as they are rated 1/10. There's no management and no one responsible.

Scam

Nothing but a rental car with a fancy app claiming anyone can rent as long as the person is over 23 years old and have at least one year of driving record back home or in uae. Never download, never begin registration, never give your personally identifiable information- Emirates id, passport, visa, address, phone number, NEVER USE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON THIS APP. After you provide all this and ATTEMPT TO sign up, all your information will be on some database from where more scammers will begin to use your information. And they will come back to you and ask hi, please provide a copy of your uae drivers license. Outrageous. Business like this will never thrive. Rta has clear mandate on who can rent a car in uae with their home country license, only those people can sign up and rent.

Horrible customer service

Great concept but horrible customer service. Intentionally vague about rules I suspect because they actually make money off of parking mistakes and penalties. Be super careful, exorbitant charges and penalties and unreachable management.
In response to comment below: you don’t actually care and you were quite literally never there to help. You are only worried about your social media image. You’ve asked me to email you, call you, tweet you, and Facebook message you without any constructive response. So I’m frankly quite done. I actually deleted the app a long time ago.

All the cars should have both options, per minute and daily. Not only daily. Because sometimes we have a lot of cars on the location that we need, but is only daily. The reservation should be longer than 15 min. And should have more cars on JLT area.
