  • Helped us out when we needed it most

Can’t recommend this app enough. If your babies aren’t sleeping through the night when they are ready for it, seriously give this app a try. We were at 11 months with twins that were getting up and screaming to be fed every 3-4 hours throughout the night and refusing to sleep in their cribs. We were pretty much at our wits end and we’re going to drop the money on a sleep trainer to come into our home and sleep train then for us. I ran across this app in the App Store as we were desperate for a solution. In three to four nights of using the app, they were sleeping a solid 12-13 hours and napping twice a day. We were so brain dead from the past year of interrupted sleep that all we needed was a bit of guidance from the app to help us through the process. We used the app for about two weeks and haven’t needed to use it since but it was totally worth the money spent to help us sleep train the twins. My only request would to please add support for multiples, those parents probably need this app the most!
  • It really works!

Our 5 month old didn’t sleep since day one. It was torture. Our breaking point was when she began waking every hour at night for over a week and refused to nap during the day. We tried everything different sound machines. Even letting her sleep in her beloved dock a tot which was so not recommended but worked for a week or so. We tried professional sleep trainers but the problem, besides being extremely expensive, was they were not there through the night to help. I downloaded this app and when our girl turned 5 months it notified me to sleep train. So we did. And long behold 3 days later she was sleeping. By night 4 no night feeding and no pacifier. It is a miracle!! This app is amazing! And it helps you mentally prepare yourself and know what to expect during the process because the first two days were not easy but so worth it.
  • A huge help

Our son was not sleeping through the night at 6 months (June 2018) and our doctor gave us the OK to sleep train. There is so much information on the market; my husband and I had nowhere to begin. This app saved us from doing all of the heavy lifting. It eased my anxiety because it offered guidance and prompts during the whole process. After two weeks, he was sleeping through the night. Nap training was a little harder, but we finally have him nap trained as of August 2018. He usually gets 11.5 hours of sleep at night and an average of 1.5 hours at each nap (two naps total). We still use the app to track feedings, nighttime sleep and naps. But we have encountered a few things since using the app which have frustrated us: 1) Naps or feedings may not show up when we open the app. We have to force the app to close and reopen it. Even then, everything we have tracked through the day is missing or slow to load. 2) We get notifications about forgetting to track stuff from the previous day like naps, even when naps have been tracked at his designated times. 3) When we start tracking his bed time, we get an error that says there is a tracking error with the current string. We would love to continue using the app, but it has been a bit difficult even with the latest update to use. It worked great in June though and we are so thankful we found it!
  • This literally saved my mother effing life

I’ve been planning on sleep training my son since he was 2 months old. But, uh, he always somehow ended up in my bed. I seriously don’t know how. I was getting desperate. Like, I knew I needed to let him cry, but I couldn’t bring myself to do it. I was so miserable and tired one night, that I searched up “sleep training” in the App Store while my almost six month old was sleeping on my chest. I was like “there’s noooo way I’m paying $4.99 for this mess”. Two weeks pass, and my beautiful but humongous child is still in my bed. It wouldn’t be that much of an issue if my son wasn’t 25 pounds and 32 inches long (the size of an average one year old, though he’s larger than many one year olds). My bed simply isn’t big enough. I download the app. It basically lets you customize a sleep plan unique to your child, tells you what to expect on the first night, and even gives you a heads up on sleep regressions. The cry timer is excellent- it gave me the push to actually let him cry without feeling guilty. It sometimes doesn’t save naps and will tell you to go back and log it, which is annoying, but ok honestly just using it for the cry timer, so it doesn’t bother me. All in all, if you’re miserable and sleep deprived you should get it. Your bed will feel so much bigger.
