Install iTab app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using iTab on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iTab"
The search will reveal the iTab app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iTab is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iTab.
Now enjoy iTab on PC.

Not worth the money

To call this an “app” is pushing it. Essentially, it’s just a small Safari window with a “song” & “artist” search bar & a few other toolbar items for refining your search. Granted, the app description pretty much tells you that’s what it is, but where it misleads you on is the browsing experience. Unlike the the images in the description above, the actual chord/tab pages displayed in the app have ads everywhere just like if you were to view it from your browser (not using an ad-blocker). I do like the “Follow iTunes” & “instrument type” selector features, but not enough to make it worth $2.99. In my opinion, you’re better off just browsing your favorite tab site in your browser with an ad-blocker extension. As another reviewer said, it would be nice if the app had a page zoom function.
Great for guitar players!

It follows iTunes and automagically finds the best tab for the song playing in iTunes! Just have your guitar ready and play the latest weezer song as your jammin to the new White album. Works perfectly. Would love to see page zoom feature!
