App Crashing on Launch

UPDATE 1/3/19 As instructed by the App Developer, I deleted the App and then installed it again and now I am able to login using Face ID. Good job the app ARIBA for resolving this issue so it’s working now. Rating now updated based on this update. 11/14 Just updated to the latest version but still crashes on launch. Not sure why Face ID is no longer working as this should be a given in this day and age. But, even after entering my password it won’t let you press the sign on button and does nothing. The App is crashing on launch. After signing in it does nothing and doesn’t go beyond the sign on screen. Previous version worked fine and I never experienced this issue until now. Please fix and update.

30 days of account information! ?? My customer pays 60 days after receiving the goods, Maybe.... on the go this app is really useless as I can accept a PO or invoice them or approve them. I get an email with the same info this app shows! And as of resent I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall it twice to even get past the login screen. Whoever gave this 4 or 5 stars is a fake review. I’ve had this app on my phone for over a year and it hasn’t gotten any better. I don’t like giving 1 star reviews that’s why it’s a 2.

The latest: Never had a problem receiving push notifications. Now.. not receiving any. Deleted the app and reinstalled it, no change. Can’t turn off/on in settings either. Have been through multiple email exchanges w/Tech folks on a range of issues over the past 2 years. Long waits (weeks/months) for solutions to be deployed. Less than desirable correspondence and solution timing. S L O W.
Ariba Supplier App

Easy to use app to see a glimpse of the Ariba Network while on the go. At times it is slow to load & freezes when navigating through menu options. The pin login is nice versus having to enter your full login credentials. It would be cool if we had the option to forward rejection notifications from the app to a specified recipient. As well as the option to resubmit the invoice with the ability to modify it through the app.
